Fishing
Port McNeill sits on Queen Charlotte Strait at the doorstep of the Broughton Archipelago, with Johnstone Strait and the north end of Vancouver Island all within reach. It is a working base for salmon and bottom fishing, and a convenient place to fuel, ice up and reprovision between trips.
The marina carries bait and ice in the chandlery, offers in-berth fueling, and has a courtesy vehicle if you need to get into town.
